Men's Longevity Letter

Plain writing on health after 40 Published irregularly

Most men's health writing is either a supplement ad wearing a lab coat or a research summary nobody finishes reading.

This letter tries for something narrower. It covers what changes in the second half of a man's life — energy, sleep, strength, sex, the slow arithmetic of bloodwork — and what the evidence actually supports, including when the honest answer is that nobody knows yet.

It is written for readers who want to understand a decision before making it, and who would rather hear "the study was small" than a promise.
